History
In 2004, the Company was founded as International Office Products Cooperative (“IOPC”) operating initially as a distributor and later evolving to manufacture high quality workroom furniture for laboratories, pharmacies, mail and fulfillment rooms.
IOPC originally sold its solutions through a network of 50+ independent storage system dealers and manufacturer’s representatives covering the United States. However, over the last ten years, the Company began to also work with the leading general contractors across the Carolinas.
In 2021, IOPC was sold to Cannondale Capital Investors who formally changed the Company’s name to Modular Millwork and began investing in growing the business. Soon after the Company joined the Architectual Woodworking Institute and became a part of their Quality Certification Program which means that Modular Millwork adheres to the highest standards in the industry. Our team of over 40 employees includes estimators, project managers, engineers, drafters, master craftsmen, installation carpenters, and foremen, all dedicated to our client’s success and complete satisfaction.
